DCC Kids' ministry is focused on sharing the love of Jesus with each kid! We use the Brite Curriculum, which we love because it surveys the whole bible each year, is Jesus-centered, and is fun! 

DCC Kids meets on Sundays at 9 am during the first Service. We have the nursery (0-2), preschool (3-4), K-2, and 3-5 classes available. 

Check-In: Come to the Kids Check-in attached to the welcome center, and we will answer any questions and get you all set up with a name tag. After your first time with us, you can just enter your phone number in the iPad, and you will be all checked in. 

9:00 is when the Nursery (0-2) and Preschool classes begin. Our volunteers are here to help assist you and love your kids as they transition! The Elementary Kids stay with their parents to experience worship all together. 

9:30 is around when elementary kids are dismissed to their classes. We have a Family Chat that shares what the Kids are learning and any announcements for Family Ministry, and after the prayer Kids are dismissed. We start with the lesson from the Bible for the day, including sharing the Brite idea for the morning.

9:50 is when our classes start focusing on their small group activities, these can be games, crafts, activities that help reinforce the lesson for the day, along the categories of belong, belief, and become.

The nursery is open for families during the 10:45 am service with a TV that shows the service live. We also offer activity clipboards for use during service. 

Kids Invite Parties

Throughout the year, we have Kids' Invite Parties! Invite Parties are fun events, great for checking out the Kids Ministry and for inviting a friend!  These events can range from our Mini Golf Palooza to Gingerbread parties. We seek to include an opportunity to share the good news of Jesus at each event! Check the events page for the next upcoming Invite Party!
